Sugar Sweet Farm's Agricultural Permit Approved

In March 2025, Sugar Sweet Farm reached an important milestone when the Encinitas City Council upheld the approval of our agricultural permit, recognizing our family's longstanding commitment to agriculture, education, and responsible stewardship of our little corner of Olivenhain.

For more than twenty years, our family has welcomed Scout troops, homeschool groups, school children, and visitors to experience the simple joys of farm life—meeting gentle animals, exploring the gardens, and learning where food comes from. The approval of our agricultural permit marked an important step in ensuring that these experiences could continue for generations to come.
